Our mailing list is used solely for the purposes of sending a monthly newsletter with details of the upcoming talk. Occasionally, we send emails advertising other science events which may be of interest. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use Mailchimp to manage the mailing list and this is the only place your personal information is held. All such information is held securely and not shared with third parties. As Mailchimp servers are in the US, your information is transferred outside the EU for the sole purpose as described above. Because MailChimp certifies to the Privacy Shield framework, they can lawfully receive EU data.
