Ian-Ju Liang is a dedicated exercise physiologist who is focused on improving the physical function and quality of life in older adults. She is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bath where she specialises in creating innovative, short-bout home-based ‘exercise snacking’ interventions designed to overcome traditional barriers.
