The May talk will be given by Dr Sophie Forster, a lecturer in Psychology at Sussex University. Her research addresses questions such as:
- What makes certain people particularly vulnerable to distraction?
- What makes certain things particularly likely to catch our attention and distract us?
- How is mind wandering related to external distraction?
